At ITEXC GROUP, we build innovative digital solutions, from ERP systems to e-commerce platforms and custom applications. We are looking for a mid-level UI/UX Designer with confirmed experience to join our team and contribute to our internal and external projects.
Responsibilities
Design user interfaces and create seamless user experiences for our digital products.
Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
Create prototypes and wireframes to communicate design ideas effectively.
Conduct UI/UX audits and provide recommendations for improving usability and user satisfaction.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring designs to life.
Train and Mentor students and entry level Designers.
Participate in our training center program as Design Coach if capable (additional payments will be provided)
Requirements
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience in design systems and maintaining consistency across platforms.
Knowledge of prototyping and usability testing.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
