We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior People Mobility & Travel Management specialist to support our employees’ global mobility and travel needs. This role will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, managing relocation processes, ensuring compliance with immigration policies, and providing a seamless experience for employees traveling or relocating for business.


What you'll do:

Mobility & Relocation Support

  • Assist in managing employee relocation processes, including visa applications, work permits, and immigration compliance.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for relocation services, such as housing, transportation, and cultural integration.
  • Support onboarding of relocated employees by providing relevant information and assistance.

Travel Coordination & Management

  • Arrange domestic and international travel for employees, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to company policies.
  • Manage travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Assist with travel expense reporting and reimbursements.
  • Provide guidance on travel policies, visa requirements, and safety protocols.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all travel and mobility processes comply with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee travel, visa status, and relocation expenses.
  • Stay updated on global immigration and travel regulations to advise employees accordingly.

Employee Support & Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding travel and relocation inquiries.
  • Provide timely and effective communication about travel guidelines and policy changes.
  • Support emergency travel requests and troubleshoot travel-related issues as needed.


What you’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in travel coordination, global mobility, HR, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with immigration processes and corporate travel policies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and travel management tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle urgent requests.
