The Role


As the first Senior Product Manager, this person will define the product vision, shape the roadmap, and lead product management to scale and innovate the platform. This is a unique opportunity to drive the next generation of AI-powered women’s health support.


Key Responsibilities


  • Join a company of 10 who are 4 years into their journey.
  • Work with the CEO to own and execute the product vision.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, technology, clinical, and commercial teams.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation and specification to release and scaling.
  • Maintain a clear, prioritised product backlog with well-defined user stories.
  • Guide the engineering team, track performance metrics, and optimise development processes.
  • Define and monitor key product metrics, leveraging data to drive improvements.
  • Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
  • Oversee QA and software release processes, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to inform strategy.


Key Skills/Experience


  • A product leader with a track record of taking products from concept to scalable success.
  • Experience in fast-paced start-up environments.
  • Passionate about women’s health and user-centric problem-solving.
  • Ability to conduct user research, build trust, and create an environment where users feel comfortable sharing their experiences.
  • Experienced in an Agile development environment.
  • Hands-on experience building and analysing dashboards to drive user engagement and retention.
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Exceptional communicator, able to bridge the gap between teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with QA testing and software releases.
