Position Overview:

We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Web Designer with strong creative skills and a deep understanding of UX principles. In this role, you’ll bring fresh ideas, creativity, and attention to detail to craft compelling website layouts that align with client visions. Key Responsibilities:

• Design clean, responsive, and visually appealing websites based on client specifications and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the team to refine and improve design concepts, ensuring top-notch user experiences.
• Adapt designs based on client feedback to meet project objectives.
• Maintain a consistent and professional design style across all projects.
• Contribute to company branding and internal design initiatives.
• Work closely with developers to implement designs in WordPress.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years in web design with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive web design projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Design Expertise: Strong visual design skills, including color theory, typography, and layout.
• UX Knowledge: Solid understanding of UX principles to create user-friendly designs.
• Communication: Intermediate English (B1-B2), and Serbian (C1-C2) for written and spoken communication; effective teamwork and client interaction skills.

Nice to Have:

• Degree from a design school or relevant educational background.
• Familiarity with WordPress, especially WP Bakery and Elementor Page Builder.
• Understanding of basic technical SEO principles.
