Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and engage potential clients across industries who can benefit from AI solutions.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, to understand their challenges and propose AI-driven strategies.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth consultations to assess client needs, educate them on AI possibilities, and deliver tailored solutions that align with their goals.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed revenue targets by driving deals from lead generation through closing, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging AI technologies to inform and refine sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align offerings with client needs and ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
  • Account Management: Oversee the end-to-end client relationship lifecycle, including onboarding, periodic check-ins, and upselling opportunities.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in business development, account management, or sales, preferably in AI, SaaS, or tech solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI applications and the ability to articulate their value to non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for identifying innovative ways AI can solve business challenges.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
