Database Administrator in HANOI CAPITAL REGION

We are looking for a skilled Database Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless database operations, optimizing performance, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our development processes.

Your Responsibilities:

• Work in a structured and methodical manner, following industry best practices.
• Be open to change and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development team.
• Provide guidance to L1/L2 support analysts.
• Manage and mentor Application Support Analysts.
• Ensure smooth database operations across various environments.
• Implement and maintain database maintenance tasks.
• Optimize database performance and overall efficiency.
• Provide support for database-related issues.
• Assist with T-SQL and MySQL scripting.
• Review data and data-related requirements.
• Engage in strategic capacity and architecture planning.

Requirements:

• A degree or foundational course that includes object-oriented programming.
• Demonstrated experience in development, either through industry experience or personal projects.
• Hands-on experience with MS SQL or MySQL.
• Proven expertise in SQL Server database performance tuning.
• Experience collaborating with development and support teams.
• Strong skills in database design and development.
