We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to identify, engage, and qualify candidates for high-profile hiring projects. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with a background in marketing or eCommerce who wants to develop skills in recruiting, talent sourcing, and LinkedIn outreach.

Key ResponsibilitiesπŸ”Ή Candidate Sourcing & Outreach

  • Use LinkedIn, job boards, and direct headhunting to find top candidates.
  • Send 250 highly targeted outreach messages per week.
  • Use research tools, Boolean searches, and company databases to identify hidden talent.
  • Personalize messages to increase response rates (goal: 25-35%).

πŸ”Ή Screening & Candidate Qualification

  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess experience and fit.
  • Ensure 20+ qualified candidates are passed to recruiters per week.
  • Maintain pipeline health with 5-7 strong candidates per open role.

πŸ”Ή Data & ATS Management

  • Keep 100% ATS compliance, logging and tagging all sourced candidates correctly.
  • Provide weekly reports on outreach performance, conversion rates, and sourcing effectiveness.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Entry-Level (No Recruiting Experience) β†’ $850- 950 USD/month
  • With Some Experience (Sourcing, Recruiting, Sales, etc.) β†’ $1,000 USD/month
