Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and creative WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in building and managing WordPress websites, from design and product setup to payment integration, logistics, and SEO optimization. If you have a strong sense of aesthetics, an understanding of user psychology, and technical expertise, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Independently build and manage at least five or more WordPress websites, ensuring functionality, security, and performance.
Design engaging and visually appealing web pages that attract users and encourage conversions.
Optimize websites for SEO, ensuring high rankings and improved organic traffic.
Implement and manage payment gateways, logistics, and product pages effectively.
Analyze customer behavior and optimize websites based on trends, seasons, and holidays to increase click-through and conversion rates.
Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL for website customization and database management.
Conduct regular website maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance improvements.
Utilize marketing strategies such as data collection, bulk email marketing, and social media marketing to enhance website traffic and user engagement.
Requirements:
Proven experience in building and managing WordPress websites independently.
Strong design skills with an understanding of aesthetics and user experience.
Deep knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization strategies.
Experience with payment integration, logistics, and e-commerce functionalities on WordPress.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL for basic database management.
Ability to analyze customer psychology and market trends to optimize websites for conversions.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with bulk email marketing and social media marketing is a plus.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and other tracking tools for precise data collection.
Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools.
