Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a Klaviyo Email Marketer to design, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate will have experience in E-commerce marketing for health, wellness, skincare, or beauty brands and a strong background in email marketing automation.

What You'll Do:

• Design and develop compelling Klaviyo email templates that align with our brand identity and drive customer engagement.
• Send 3-5 emails per week, leveraging content from student articles and curated external sources.
• Manage and optimize Klaviyo flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, review requests, etc.) to enhance customer journeys.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine email content, subject lines, and design for optimal results.
• Stay updated on email marketing trends, Klaviyo updates, and industry best practices, bringing fresh ideas to improve our email marketing strategy.

Requirements

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience in Klaviyo and email marketing automation.
• Previous experience working in E-commerce, particularly in health, wellness, skincare, or beauty brands.
• Strong eye for design, branding, and email template creation.
• Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking, segmentation, and optimization.
• Deep understanding of email deliverability best practices and segmentation strategies.
• Ability to work independently, think strategically, and bring innovative ideas to the table.
