PulsePost AI is an innovative social media automation platform designed to eliminate the need for expensive social media managers by using AI to generate, schedule, and post high-quality content automatically. We help businesses stay active online by creating engaging captions, generating stunning AI images, and even automatically responding to comments to keep audiences engaged.
We are looking for a Technical Co-Founder to join our founding team and work alongside CEO Archie McCulloch to assemble a world-class development team and bring PulsePost AI to its full potential.
This is an equity-based role, meaning you’ll have true ownership in the business and the opportunity to help build a game-changing AI SaaS product from the ground up.
As our Technical Co-Founder, you will:
✅ Lead & Scale the Development Team – Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performance team of engineers.
✅ Architect & Execute the Tech Vision – Develop and refine the technical roadmap to align with business objectives.
✅ Be Hands-On in Development – Contribute directly to the coding, system design, and AI model implementation.
✅ Ensure Performance & Scalability – Build a robust, scalable infrastructure capable of handling rapid user growth.
✅ Innovate with AI & Automation – Continuously improve PulsePost AI’s automation capabilities, making social media effortless for businesses.
✅ Collaborate with Leadership – Work directly with the CEO to align technology with company goals and ensure smooth execution.
✅ Drive Product Evolution – Prioritize features, improve functionality, and ensure an outstanding user experience.
We’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated technical leader who is eager to build, innovate, and scale a SaaS startup. The ideal candidate will have:
🔹 Proven experience as a Lead Developer, CTO in a SaaS or AI-driven startup.
🔹 Expertise in AI/ML, automation, and scalable software architectures.
🔹 Strong programming skills in relevant languages (Svelte.js, Typescript etc.).
🔹 Experience with cloud infrastructure.
🔹 A track record of building and managing high-performing development teams that actually get work done.
🔹 A startup mindset – comfortable wearing multiple hats and working in a fast-paced environment.
🔹 A deep passion for AI-powered automation and the future of social media technology.
