Machine Learning Engineer

Location: Fully Remote

Salary: up to €180,000 (dependant on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge machine learning models to enhance user experience and engagement.
• Working on either Computer Vision (e.g., object detection, image recognition) or LLMs & AI Chatbots (e.g., conversational AI, natural language processing).
• Optimizing and fine-tuning models for performance, scalability, and real-time applications.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
• Conducting research and staying up to date with advancements in machine learning and AI technologies.
• Managing large datasets and leveraging data pipelines for efficient processing and training.
• Ensuring ethical AI implementation, focusing on privacy, security, and responsible data usage.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in machine learning, with expertise in either Computer Vision or LLMs/NLP & AI chatbots.
• Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, OpenCV).
• Experience with deep learning models, fine-tuning, and optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps best practices.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote setting while collaborating with a distributed team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for pushing the limits of AI innovation.
