We’re a growing team of talented engineers tackling exciting, complex projects in AI and full-stack development. You’ll be joining as the sixth engineer on our team and will play a key role in shaping our technical direction.

Role Overview

As a Full Stack Developer, you will work on building and improving web applications using React Typescript on the frontend and Node and Python backends You’ll collaborate closely with other developers, designers, and product stakeholders to deliver impactful features for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack applications using React for the frontend and Node or Python backends (mostly Node)
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Implement responsive UI components and features to improve user experience.
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate backend services with frontend applications.
• Collaborate with the team to define technical requirements and timelines.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Debug and resolve issues efficiently.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience in web development.
• Strong experience with React
• Experience developing backend services using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and database concepts (SQL).
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with AI integrations or interest in AI-driven applications.
• Experience working with modern backend frameworks (e.g., Remix, FastAPI, Fastify).

Compensation

• Hourly rate: $6/hr to $18/hr depending on experience and technical performance during the interview process.
