Availability & Work Schedule:

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Work Location: 100% Remote
• Work Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM EST (with flexibility upon coordination)

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection and Processing: Gather data from various sources, ensure accuracy and integrity, and transform raw data into a usable format for analysis.
• Data Analysis: Apply statistical and analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
• Actionable Insights: Translate complex data analysis into clear and concise reports, visualizations, and presentations that provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Business Decision Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify key metrics, and provide data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Develop Dashboards and Reports: Utilize data visualization tools such as Looker Studio to create impactful dashboards and reports.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
• Data Integrity Assurance: Ensure accuracy and consistency of collected and processed data.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present findings in a clear and actionable manner to relevant teams and leadership.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Demonstrable working experience in data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
• Knowledgeable in data visualization tools.
• Detail-oriented approach to data collection, processing, and analysis, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools.
• Experience with data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
• Knowledge of machine learning or predictive analytics.
• Previous experience in the recruitment or staffing industry is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software is beneficial.
• Ability to create compelling visualizations that effectively communicate data insights.
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
• Industry-specific experience in staffing or a related field is advantageous.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Weekly Payment: Paid in USD or Local Currency according to your preference.
• Work Mode: 100% remote position.
• Paid Time Off: 10 days annually.
• Paid Holidays: 6 total (3 fixed and 3 flexible).
