About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Representative to engage with potential US clients, secure software development projects, and execute them successfully. This role involves meeting with potential clients, conducting technical interviews, and taking ownership of project development once a job is secured.

The Technical Representative will work closely with our HR manager and internal engineering teams to facilitate client relationships and ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with US-based companies, conduct technical interviews, and represent our organization to secure job opportunities.
• Act as the technical point of contact during interviews and initial client discussions.
• Develop and manage software projects after securing jobs, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Attend daily standups, scrum meetings, and client calls to provide technical insights and project updates.
• Collaborate with our engineers to drive project execution, troubleshooting, and delivery.
• Maintain a strong professional presence while working with international clients.
• Be available during US Eastern Time working hours (8 AM – 5 PM ET).

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical lead or architect role.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core/MVC, Angular, and related technologies.
• Excellent communication skills (minimum C1 English proficiency).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to engage confidently with US clients, understand their technical needs, and deliver results.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and manage multiple projects.

Compensation & Benefits

• Performance-Based Pay: Earn $3,500 per secured project, forming your monthly income.
• Before securing a job/project, you will be paid $60/hour for each meeting you attend.
