We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented, and proactive eCommerce and Social Media Specialist to join our team in Gdynia. This role is crucial in managing the logistics and execution of eCommerce operations, product catalog maintenance, and new product development. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively across departments and ensure tasks are completed with precision and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Product Management:Maintain and update the product catalog with accurate and complete information.
- Manage stock levels and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Support the development and launch of new products, coordinating across departments for seamless execution.
- Operational Logistics:Oversee the logistics of adding new products, ensuring timely availability across platforms.
- Track product pipelines and work with teams to meet launch timelines.
- Competitor Analysis:Monitor and analyze competitors’ products, pricing, and strategies to provide actionable insights.
- Collaboration:Act as the communication bridge between departments, ensuring alignment on projects and priorities.
- Work closely with the Marketing team on promotional strategies for new products (without executing promotions directly).
- eCommerce Platform Management:Use platforms like Shopify (or equivalent) for product listings, updates, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot issues related to the eCommerce platform and coordinate with support teams when necessary.
- Tools & Technology:Utilize project management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Monday, Trello) for task tracking and collaboration.
- Leverage Google Suite for data entry, reporting, and coordination.
Our Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an eCommerce, merchandising, or online retail environment.
- Proficiency in using eCommerce platforms like Shopify or similar.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Monday, Trello).
- Competence in stock management and product development workflows.
- Basic proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
Key Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-departmental coordination.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce operations and merchandise management.
