We are looking for a talented
Graphic Designer with strong motion design skills to join our dynamic and collaborative international team. This role is perfect for a creative professional who excels at both static and motion-based content creation and is passionate about bringing ideas to life through video editing and animation. Your designs will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's presence across various digital platforms, enhancing user engagement and ensuring a cohesive and impactful visual identity 🎨.
Requirements

- Develop high-quality digital and motion-based marketing materials, including social media graphics, animated ads, video content and website visuals that align with our brand identity. 🪄
- Utilize video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Capcut) to create engaging content that resonates with global audiences
- Design and animate motion graphics to support marketing campaigns, product promotion and brand storytelling
- Apply a solid understanding of web design principles, responsive design and UI/UX best practices to ensure designs are user-friendly and visually compelling
- Prepare files for both digital and print use, ensuring high-quality production and color accuracy
- Stay ahead of design and motion trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas to our projects
- Work closely with our international creative team and cross-functional teams across different regions, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment on design strategies
Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you're going to need...
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic and motion design, ideally within a digital agency, tech company or in-house creative team spread globally
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing
- Experience in designing for the tech, SaaS, beauty or wellness industries is a plus
Technical & Creative skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design software (Figma, Webflow). 👩💻🧑💻 Strong video editing and motion design skills, with the ability to create compelling animations and promotional videos
- Understanding of storytelling, pacing and visual hierarchy in motion graphics and video content
- Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and ability to design engaging digital experiences
- Familiarity with print production processes and color correction
- Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment 🏃♀️➡️
