Time Zone Requirements - This team operates on the East/West Coast time zones.

What we’re looking for:

Minimum requirements:

• 5+ Years of Hands-On Experience: Extensive background in performance testing with a focus on identifying system bottlenecks and ensuring application scalability.
• Technical Leadership in Performance Testing: Deep understanding of performance, load, and scalability testing methodologies, with a strong track record of leading testing efforts across both front-end and back-end systems.
• End-to-End Testing Expertise: Proven ability to drive performance testing for both SAAS platforms and APIs (REST/GraphQL), delivering end-to-end testing solutions for all system components.
• Expertise in Test Automation: Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as JMeter, Cypress, Playwright, CodeceptJS, and k6. Adept at creating and managing
• CI/CD pipelines using Git and GitHub Actions for seamless test execution.
• Proven Problem Solver: Expertise with APM tools (New Relic, Grafana) for monitoring, diagnosing, and optimizing system performance.
• Database & System Performance: Strong understanding of how to optimize and troubleshoot performance across complex database systems (NoSQL, MongoDB) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead by example, mentor team members, and share knowledge across the organization.
• Ownership & Multitasking: A strong sense of ownership for your work and the ability to manage multiple performance testing initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
