In order to succeed you'll need
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or comparable work experience
Proven experience min of 5 years working as Product Owner or related role
Product Management Skills such as backlog organization, requirements management;
Strong communication skills around consulting and managing requirements , negotiation and ability to say “no”.
Strong presentation skills, e.g. in order to share knowledge and adapt way of presenting to the audience (lean and focused for management vs. technically deep for tech experts)
High quality and security awareness, fun at solving challenging problems and ability for the understanding of complex relationships;
Understanding Service Management Processes (ITIL);
Agile mindset with strong commitment to the team and product
Open to learn and dive into new technologies
Strong political and cultural awareness
Knowledge of AWS and Gitlab
Great English skills, both written and spoken
Nice to Have:
Background and proven experience as a Cloud Solutions Architect
Experience in AWS and GitLab
Experience with cloud services (especially AWS) and with cloud paradigms and serverless architecture (IaaS, PaaS, microservice architectures, continuous delivery);
