As the Team Lead, you will:
- Lead and manage a remote team of 6 specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high-performance
- Drive the timely delivery of high-quality solutions, removing blockers, guiding priorities, and ensuring efficient workflows
- Translate business needs into actionable technical plans
- Work hands-on with backend technologies to evolve and optimize complex systems for high traffic and scalability
- Design and optimize database architectures in high-traffic environments
🎯 What Does the Ideal Candidate Have for the Role?
- 1+ years of experience in a Team Lead role, managing and mentoring remote teams of developers
- 4+ years of experience with Node.js in backend development. Proven track record of working with high-traffic platforms and scalable systems
- 1+ years of experience with TypeScript
- Strong expertise in SQL databases, including performance optimization and schema design
- Experience working in a fast-moving startup environment and remote teams
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- English - communicative level (B2)
