Product Owner in UKRAINE

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for product requirements management and ensuring frequent incremental releases of our software product by the team.

You will work daily with our business stakeholders as well as the development team to ensure successful business requirements elicitation, clarification and incorporation in the product backlog.

Our product is a cutting-edge AI agent system aimed at revolutionizing how businesses communicate with their customers. Leveraging the latest advancements in conversational AI and relevant open-source solutions, it enhances user experience, automates processes, personalizes interactions, provides advanced analytics with actionable insights, and reduces costs for companies globally.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, develop, and release new features
• Define and communicate a clear and comprehensive product vision and roadmap
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with potential customers’ needs
• Manage the product backlog and oversee the development process, ensuring timely delivery of features while maintaining high quality
• Release planning
• Receive customer feedback and reflect it in the product roadmap and backlog to continuously improve its functionality and ensure product-market fit
• Conduct regular market research to stay informed of the industry trends and competitors
• Conduct user/client interviews
• Facilitate regular team meetings, such as Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review/Demo, participate in Daily Standups and Retrospectives
• Contribute to the product testing when needed

Must Have:

• 2+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner/Manager, preferably in product software development
• Understanding and practicing of Agile methodologies
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Solid experience running discovery sessions and user interviews, mastering requirements elicitation, prioritization, and documentation techniques
• Knowledge of key Product Metrics and experience in tracking those
• Analytical mindset, with experience using data to drive product decisions
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Advanced level of English

Nice to Have:

• Experience managing products in AI/ML domain
• Experience working as a Business Analyst and/or QA Specialist
• Product startup experience
• Relevant certifications in Product Management, Project Management, Agile: CSPO, PSPO, CBAP, CPM, PMP
