We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join the founding team of an innovative Brazilian startup that leverages technology and tax optimization to reduce operational costs and enhance financial efficiency.
While the company has not officially launched yet, it is already operating with its first product, has clients, and is backed by major investment funds such as Canary and Boost VC.

As a senior engineer, you’re expected to:
- Build out our core services and APIs to meet product and business needs.
- Understand the tradeoffs in all technology you propose and build - there is such a thing as over engineering and we don’t do it here.
- Work with the business team to design and implement new features and products.
- Be pro-active in reporting progress and bottlenecks.
