Unique Homestays is seeking a Marketing Team Administrator to work within our passionate, innovative and creative marketing team. 


This is a crucial support function that makes sure our marketing team works seamlessly to deliver the range of exceptional marketing activities to keep us at the forefront of the luxury homestays market.


The Role

Behind every great marketing campaign, sits a team of creative, organised and passionate individuals who make it happen, and the Marketing Team Administrator is the pivotal role in this mix.


This role is the central administrative function for the team and is responsible for keeping all the plates spinning.


No two days will be the same, as our team works at pace to react to changes in market trends and industry challenges. An average week might include liaising with internal teams, property owners, copywriters – the list goes on! Core to this role is maintaining a quality website experience– so a meticulous eye for detail is a must.


The Person

The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator, with experience of working within a diverse team to deliver exceptionally well-executed marketing content in the most effective way, working with a wide variety of routes to market including traditional, digital, social and a whole range of other media methods.


You will have day to day responsibility for ensuring that our marketing activities are aligned with our internal systems, and that every process is followed to completion, every box ticked and every piece of correspondence checked and double-checked.


The role would suit someone who is systems-oriented, with a ‘completer’ mindset to ensure the job gets done.


The Specifics

  • This role is a full time, working Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm.
  • You will have 25 days paid holiday plus bank holidays, and your birthday off.
  • Access to private medical cover, subject to eligibility.
  • Hybrid working after probation, with a split of 3 days per week in the office and 2 days at home following the completion of the probationary period.


Experience and Skills

  • A genuine interest in, and knowledge of beautiful properties and luxury travel.
  • Effective time management skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Process-minded, action orientated with “completer” personality.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills accompanied by a high level of attention to detail.
  • Fast and efficient turnover of routine tasks to ensure that there is flexibility to tackle one-off and project-related tasks.
  • Accomplished at crafting an excellent standard of written and verbal communication.
  • Good working knowledge of the internet and IT skills including Outlook and Excel.
