HR and Talent Acquisition professional who thrives in dynamic environments, this is your chance to
own and shape HR operations for Playnetic in the Philippines.
We're looking for someone who
gets things doneβfrom managing payroll and employment processes to recruiting top talent and driving engagement initiatives. This isn't just an admin role; it's about
building, improving, and making a real impact.
What You'll Be Doing
- HR Leadership & Compliance β Develop and implement HR policies that align with Philippine labour laws and Playnetic's company culture.
- End-to-End Recruitment β Own the hiring process across multiple teams (Art, Animation, Tech, etc.), from sourcing to onboarding.
- Payroll & Benefits Management β Oversee payroll processes, statutory benefits, and compliance to keep everything running smoothly.
- Employee Engagement β Foster a positive work environment, supporting team-building activities and engagement initiatives.
- Career Growth & Global Projects β Get involved in global HR initiatives, working closely with our international HR team.

Who We're Looking For
- 3β5 years of HR & TA experience, ideally in a generalist or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws, payroll, and benefits.
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, hiring).
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a global team.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable multitasking across different HR functions.
