A Snapshot Of Your Peer Group

  • 5+ years of relevant experience ideally in professional services
  • A degree in visual communication or related field
  • Proven experience in the ideation and production of high-profile, multi-asset brand campaigns, including digital assets, brochures, OOH signage, infographics, screen presentations, media print ads, and banner ads
  • Advanced skills in the Adobe Creative Suite – Particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience in Adobe After Effects with appetite to develop in the area of motion graphics
  • Experience working on proposals/tenders an advantage
  • Experience of digital channels including social media platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication, and presentation skills, teamwork and client management skills
  • Have a passion for design and how it helps convey the story
  • Ability to respond positively and calmly to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
  • Familiarity with print production and print finishes
  • You will need to provide a CV and design portfolio illustrating relevant projects/work related to the role requirements


Your responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us. Here is what you can initially expect:

  • Working on our marketing materials and pursuits, to ensure maximum impact, quality and brand compliance
  • With your strong creative skills you’ll take projects from brief through to completion
  • A varied workload - you’ll need to respond positively to shifting priorities and timelines
  • To be working with a variety of programmes. Typical type of technical skills to include:
  • Primarily Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Opportunity to work in Motion graphics: 3D and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Typography, layout, digital design and UX
  • Provide bespoke and innovative ideas for digital and print deliverables
  • Presenting design solutions and achieving buy-in from key stakeholders
  • Obtaining effective briefs and working with clients to determine project scope
  • Collaboration with senior stakeholders, finetuning the brief and helping them tell their story
  • Design campaigns composing of brochures, signage, infographics, screen presentations, web interfaces and banners ads
  • Promote and ensure brand compliance within the firm
  • Print management, both internally and with third party suppliers
  • Collaborate with our internal web development team and third party suppliers

You will be joining a team of 5 designers, forming an integral part of our Marketing team of 42.
