A Snapshot Of Your Peer Group
- 5+ years of relevant experience ideally in professional services
- A degree in visual communication or related field
- Proven experience in the ideation and production of high-profile, multi-asset brand campaigns, including digital assets, brochures, OOH signage, infographics, screen presentations, media print ads, and banner ads
- Advanced skills in the Adobe Creative Suite – Particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience in Adobe After Effects with appetite to develop in the area of motion graphics
- Experience working on proposals/tenders an advantage
- Experience of digital channels including social media platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication, and presentation skills, teamwork and client management skills
- Have a passion for design and how it helps convey the story
- Ability to respond positively and calmly to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
- Familiarity with print production and print finishes
- You will need to provide a CV and design portfolio illustrating relevant projects/work related to the role requirements

- Working on our marketing materials and pursuits, to ensure maximum impact, quality and brand compliance
- With your strong creative skills you’ll take projects from brief through to completion
- A varied workload - you’ll need to respond positively to shifting priorities and timelines
- To be working with a variety of programmes. Typical type of technical skills to include:
- Primarily Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Opportunity to work in Motion graphics: 3D and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Typography, layout, digital design and UX
- Provide bespoke and innovative ideas for digital and print deliverables
- Presenting design solutions and achieving buy-in from key stakeholders
- Obtaining effective briefs and working with clients to determine project scope
- Collaboration with senior stakeholders, finetuning the brief and helping them tell their story
- Design campaigns composing of brochures, signage, infographics, screen presentations, web interfaces and banners ads
- Promote and ensure brand compliance within the firm
- Print management, both internally and with third party suppliers
- Collaborate with our internal web development team and third party suppliers
