About the role
The Directory Engineer will play a crucial role in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, focusing on engineering, implementation, and management of Active Directory Services and Entra ID. This role supports the IAM operations and collaborates across architecture, engineering, operations, security, and risk teams to ensure global IAM success.
What you’ll be doing:
Support Directory Services operations (Active Directory/Entra ID), troubleshooting issues related to authentication, authorization, DNS, and PKI.
Implement automation through PowerShell scripting for process efficiency.
Configure app registrations, SSO/SAML in Entra ID, and manage IAM-related change delivery for projects.
Lead incident resolution and support service requests and incidents.
Engage in service improvement initiatives and interact with external partners.

What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in multinational Directory Services architecture, including Active Directory, Entra ID, and Entra ID Connect.
Knowledge of PowerShell, DNS, IAM
Strong IT background with excellent communication skills to convey technical solutions to diverse audiences.
Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 20%).
