We’re looking for a Graphic/Motion Designer to join Ønstorm!

We’re looking for a talented Designer/Motion Designer (freelancer or full-time) who can create captivating visuals and motion content for social media and beyond. About the Role
What you’ll do
• Design and animate engaging visuals and motion graphics, primarily for social media.
• Collaborate with videographers to ensure all necessary footage is captured.
• Maintain the unique branding of each athlete while generating creative, standout content.
• Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and platform-specific requirements.
• Suggest content ideas for Ønstorm’s channels to strengthen our position as a reference creative studio.

• Stunning, on-brand visuals that wow both clients and their fans.
• Client happiness and strong engagement metrics from published content.
• A proactive approach to learning from content performance and data insights.
• Overall happiness for working in a cool area with cool people doing cool stuff.
What We’re Looking For
You’re perfect if you…
• Have the talent and criteria to create stunning visuals that nail the briefing.
• Have great taste and an eye for detail, regardless of experience level.
• Are skilled with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Bonus points if you have video editing skills or other creative tool experience.
• Can handle deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Are fluent in English or Portuguese (other languages are a plus).

The Details
• Location: Fully remote.

• Compensation: Based on your experience and agreed role type (freelance or full-time).
