Job Description

Williams, a leader in the energy and commodities industry, is seeking a seasoned Senior Mobile Developer / Mobile Development Manager to join their team on a fully remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in mobile development and proven experience managing and mentoring teams. This role involves migrating Xamarin-based applications to Swift while providing enhancements, migrations, and ongoing support for mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of Xamarin-based mobile applications to Swift.
• Enhance and support existing mobile apps during and after the migration process.
• Mentor and guide a team of mobile developers, fostering skill development and collaboration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical direction and ensure adherence to best practices in mobile development.
• Maintain clear communication across teams and with non-technical stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills

• Mobile Development Experience: 6-7+ years of hands-on mobile development.
• Xamarin Expertise: Strong experience with Xamarin.iOS and Xamarin.Forms.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring development teams.
• Communication Skills: Advanced English proficiency and excellent interpersonal abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Swift and SwiftUI is a plus.
