General Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 3 years in Flutter.
• Experience in other mobile platforms such as Native (iOS/Android) or React Native during the remaining years is an advantage.
• Preferably experienced in banking projects (does not have to be in Flutter).
• Advanced knowledge of Flutter and Dart, with a strong grasp of the latest technologies.
• Experience in state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.).
• Proficiency in third-party libraries and API integrations.
• Strong understanding of clean code principles and best practices in software development.
• Team-oriented, analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• A good level of English is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in individual and commercial mobile banking projects.
• Develop next-generation mobile applications using Flutter and improve existing ones.
• Ensure API and data integrations.
• Follow best practices in performance and security and apply them to development processes.
• Contribute to testing processes and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with the team to support project workflows.
