THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced, ambitious, and passionate Creative Director to join our growing team and lead the creative vision for all our projects. The Creative Director will be responsible for shaping and implementing the overall creative strategy, ensuring consistency in our brand identity, and driving innovation.
The ideal candidate will lead the creative process across all visual and communication channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and inspiring our team to deliver exceptional results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and execute the creative vision for Eventex Awards and Symbol Awards to maintain their status as global leaders in their respective industries.
- Develop and implement innovative and creative concepts for both new initiatives and existing projects.
- Oversee the development of all visual assets, including marketing campaign visuals, reports, visual assets for exhibitions (stands, print materials), website designs, social media content design, awards trophies, and more.
- Lead the adoption of AI tools to optimize creative processes, automate repetitive tasks, and improve overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
- Identify potential risks or issues related to creative projects and take proactive steps to address them, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Inspire, mentor, and manage the creative team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and implement best practices to maintain our competitive edge.
- Assess creative approaches, analyze competitors, execute creative visions, measure results, and drive ongoing improvement.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of experience in creative roles, including 3+ years in a leadership position (Creative Director, Senior Designer, or similar).
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar.
- Proven expertise in managing and executing branding, design, and communication strategies across digital and print platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
- Experience in implementing AI tools for design, marketing, and process optimization.
- A strong portfolio showcasing impactful creative work across various channels.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and align teams around a common vision.
