French Sales Director in CANADA

Base Salary: $60,000 annually

Commission: Up to $180,000 annually (on top of base salary)

You’ll lead a team helping our client COGECO improve their brand and connect communities across Ontario with reliable internet, home phone, and cable services. You will manage and lead your team to create meaningful relationships with homeowners, helping them solve real problems and hit sales quotas. You’ll be the senior leader and driving force that helps your team grow professionally and create an environment that thrives on individuality, ambition, and seriously good vibes.

Typical Experience.

Individuals with experience in sales positions as a leader or trainer with a record of hitting targets will be given priority, especially if in a direct sales context. An ability to lead and motivate others is critical since you’ll be responsible for the overall performance of your team.

  • Experience in a sales position, either as a leader or trainer.
  • Proven sales results (high or low ticket products).
  • Evidence that you’ve inspired and led a team of sales representatives.
  • High school graduation is good but not essential. We’re looking for character, appetite and attitude…and proof you can hit your goals.
  • College and university graduates are very welcome.
  • All applicants must pass a clean background check.
