We have a superb opportunity for a highly talented individual to join a well-known luxury brand on their inhouse architecture department to lead and manage a team of architects and designers along with several retail and hospitality unique and bespoke spaces spanning from 30sqm - 3000sqm worldwide.

Their studio in Paris includes 80 architects / designers that work in all their concepts and design development of their retail stores worldwide They have continued work that needs to be designed and delivered every year and the brand keeps growing.
This is one of the most creative environments to be in with supporting teams, from visuals, graphics, designers, technology and arts people in-house and outsource to enable the vision of new ideas to come to life. Every one of their spaces is unique and bespoke to fit within the local and cultural contacts of every place along with todays retail changes and demands.
Your responsibilities
· To manage and supervise a team of highly talented in-house architects
· Responsible of all aspects of design from planning and design of spaces, products, façade, interior finishes, selection of furniture and pieces of art present in store etc
· To develop and build strong relationships with your internal customers (local retail teams).
· To guide your team in the creation of designs that correspond to the guidelines of the House, while not losing sight of consistency with the local economic and cultural context.
· To oversee the preparation of quality written presentations, which you present at Stores Committee meetings.
· To develop close collaboration with the House's Planning teams, who oversee projects with local consulting teams.
· To supervise and coordinate all the External Consultants involved in the projects such as local architects, perspective designers, designers, interior designers, artists, engineering consultants, project managers, furniture suppliers, etc.
· To collaborate with other areas of the studio such as visual merchandising, marketing, communication, heritage, etc.
· To manage and take part in the research and development of new design elements (not necessarily in the context of a specific construction project)
About You
· Experience in senior roles with managerial functions within a well-known design multidisciplinary practice
· Ideally 10+ years’ experience as an architect or Interior Designer
· Experience in high-end luxury retail or/and hospitality sectors including façade design
· Proven experience in design and delivery stages
· Great design eye and attention to detail with a must do attitude
· Ability to communicate well with clients, internal and external teams
· A track record and an outstanding portfolio of luxury and high-end work
· Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Any other language is an advantage
· Good working experience of AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketch-up, Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Office and Keyshot
Salary & Benefits
· Competitive salary - Up to 85K DoE
· Strong annual bonus scheme and profit share (20-30%)
· Visa can be arranged if needed
· Relocation support on offer if needed
