UX/UI Designer

Fully Remote (Monthly visits to Oxfordshire office)

Salary: Up to £45,000 + Bonus + Benefits

CPS Group UK are excited to be partnering with a dynamic technology company who specialise in providing conveyancing services. They are looking for a talented and independent UX/UI Designer to join their team.

As the UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for the customer journey when they engage with the employers external facing products and services. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation and leave your creative and unique mark.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design layouts, buttons, menus and more of the user interface
• Create wireframes, prototypes and mock-ups using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Conduct user research to understand behaviour and pain points
• Create user flows, personas, and journey maps to optimise experience
• Implement designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Collaborate with the back development teams to integrate designs and ensure functionality

Required Skills/Experience:

• Prior commercial experience using design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Invision, Visual studio
• Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as C#
• Some previous experience with usability testing tools, and browser developer tools
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
