Java/Kotlin Developer in SERBIA

We are DIGIPAL, a remote-only digital consultancy specializing in building high-performing product design and software development teams for clients of all size across Europe and North America. We are looking for a Senior Java/Kotlin Developer with a passion for building robust digital products, comfortable with Agile Software Development practices and willing to work in an international environment.

ROLE:

• Working as a Senior Java/Kotlin Developer you will be responsible for developing robust and scalable software products for our clients
• Working in the development team, managed by a project manager (working with SCRUM Methodology)
• Performing the work with respect to programming best practices and code quality standards
• Consulting client on various programming-related matters, based on your knowledge and technical expertise

REQUIREMENTS:

• 6+ years of commercial experience as a Java/Kotlin Developer
• Profound knowledge and 5+ years of commercial experience in Spring framework
• Knowledge and hands-on experience of AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker
• Knowledge/experience in PostgreSQL
• Profound knowledge of security principles in software development
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
• Eagerness to learn and constantly improve yourself
• Good command of written/spoken English (B2 and above)
• Experience in working with Scrum & Agile methodologies
