Job location
For this role we are looking for someone who lives in or near Munich. We have a completely flexible work environment; we offer home office options and flexible working hours.
Role Description
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and create effective recruiting strategies
- Source, screen, and assess candidates to identify the best fit for open roles
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support recruitment efforts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the financial services/fintech industry
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for a variety of roles and levels
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Fluency in English and German is a must for this position
