What You’ll Be Doing
As an AI & LLM Specialist at Appointwise, you will:
- Develop Advanced AI Workflows: Design and optimize AI models for lead nurturing, appointment scheduling, and sales automation.
- Fine-Tune LLMs for Business Conversations: Work with GPT-4, Llama, Claude, and other LLMs to optimize AI messaging that actually drives conversions.
- Master Prompt Engineering: Craft, test, and refine high-performing prompts that maximize AI response quality and user engagement.
- Build AI-Powered Automations: Implement AI-driven automation flows that handle complex customer interactions and decision-making processes.
- Train Custom AI Models: Develop domain-specific AI models fine-tuned for sales and appointment booking use cases.
- Enhance AI Accuracy & User Experience: Continuously improve AI outputs, reduce hallucinations, and ensure AI conversations feel seamless, natural, and human-like.
- Collaborate With a High-Caliber Team: Work closely with front-end & back-end engineers, designers, and product managers to bring AI innovations to life.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
- Deep AI/ML Expertise: Strong background in LLMs, NLP, and AI automation.
- Experience with Prompt Engineering: Proven ability to craft, optimize, and iterate on prompts for AI-powered workflows.
- LLM Fine-Tuning Knowledge: Experience training and fine-tuning GPT-4, Llama, Mistral, or similar models.
- Strong Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, OpenAI API, Hugging Face.
- API Integration & Deployment: Experience working with AI model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.) and integrating them into scalable SaaS applications.
- Problem Solver: Ability to optimize AI responses, reduce hallucinations, and improve AI engagement & accuracy.
- Version Control & Collaboration: Comfortable using Git, CI/CD workflows, and cloud-based AI deployment tools.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with AWS AI Services: Lambda, Cognito, Amplify, Aurora Serverless MySQL.
- Knowledge of React & JavaScript (to collaborate with front-end engineers).
- Understanding of Data Pipelines & AI Model Deployment.
- Prior Experience in SaaS & AI-Driven Products.
