Responsibilities
Analyze social media metrics and compile reports to evaluate performance and engagement
Extract insights from data to inform marketing strategies and campaign effectiveness
Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize social media strategies based on analytical findings
Monitor trends in social media to identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure accuracy and integrity of data analysis and reporting
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Requirements
Fluency in Portuguese and English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
Experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing or social media context
Proficient in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or similar
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders
A genuine interest in social media trends and analytics
