About the Role

As MARBL's Founding Engineer, you'll play a crucial part in achieving this mission and shaping the direction of the product and company.

• Work closely with the CEO to set the product vision and technical roadmap.
• Lead product development from the ground up, owning everything from architecture to launch.
• Foster a high-performance engineering culture focused on speed and results.
• Oversee engineering priorities and sprints, ensuring a high-performance, secure, and scalable platform.

What We're Looking For

• Technical Leader: 7+ years in engineering roles, including hands-on and management positions, with a record of building and scaling products from scratch.
• Full-Stack & Hands-On: Comfortable with our tech stack and excited to jump into coding. Current tech stack: Frontend: JavaScript/ TypeScript, Backend: Python.
• 0-to-1 Builder: Thrives in the zero-to-one phase, turning concepts into impactful products and embracing early-stage challenges.
• Ownership Mindset: Fully accountable, tackles complex challenges with confidence, and is motivated to build something transformative in the industry.
