What you’ll do at OutboundHub:


  • Cold call potential clients and book high-quality sales meetings for our customers.
  • Work on up to three different projects at the same time after a warm-up phase.
  • Use and adapt to different CRMs and enrichment tools, as each client may use a unique setup.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client businesses to effectively position their solutions to prospects.
  • Consistently hit and exceed monthly targets for booked meetings and conversion rates.


What makes you a great fit:


5+ years of sales experience (cold calling, outbound sales, appointment setting).

Fluent in English (additional European languages are a huge plus).

✅ Experience in B2B SaaS sales or tech sales is a strong advantage.

✅ Comfortable using various CRMs and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighlevel, Apollo, etc.).

✅ Resilient, competitive, and hungry for results.
