We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to oversee the development and scaling of our platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for building high-quality software. This is a fully remote position, and you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and secure software solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality features.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability through code reviews, testing, and best practices.
• Drive technical decision-making and architecture design for the platform.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the platform remains competitive.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication with stakeholders.

• Experience: 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or tech lead role.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in [list relevant technologies, e.g., PHP Laravel, JavaScript, Python, React, Node.js, etc.].
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system scalability.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and API design.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to mentor and inspire a team.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Remote Work: Proven experience working effectively in a remote environment.

• Experience in the transportation or mobility industry.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
