Job Overview

We seek a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer service, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for sales, enjoy helping people and businesses, and want to make an impact, we want to hear from you. This is a 100% remote and commission-based 1099 position.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Quick learners wanting to drive their career and income through sales. You are resilient and persistent.
  • You can ask the right questions and are a good listener. You understand a customer or prospect's pain points and then have the ability to clearly convey solutions.
  • You have the drive to maximize your earnings and sales.
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
  • We provide you with leads but also want you to generate your own leads as well.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service.
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics.
  • Identify market trends and customer needs to develop tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Participate in technical sales presentations and product demonstrations as needed.
  • Provide feedback on product development based on customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or related fields.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Desire to work from home and have a flexible schedule with a great company and company culture.
