Role Description
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces, conducting user research, and ensuring seamless user experiences across our digital products. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring innovative ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and prototype intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, analyze customer feedback, and incorporate insights into design solutions.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of design elements.
- Develop and maintain design systems and UI component libraries.
- Optimize designs for accessibility, usability, and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and interaction design.
- Experience in creating responsive and accessible designs for web and mobile applications.
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools and usability testing methodologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based UI frameworks.
- Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions using tools like After Effects or Lottie.
- Understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines and best practices.
- Exposure to Agile development methodologies and working in a product-driven environment.
