Job Description

We are looking for a Zoho Backstage Developer to join our team and work on developing, customizing, and integrating Zoho Backstage to meet various business needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing workflows, automation, and integrations within the Zoho ecosystem. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to create scalable, seamless, and innovative solutions using Zoho’s tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize Zoho Backstage to align with business requirements.
• Integrate Zoho Backstage with other Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Flow, Zoho Creator, etc.).
• Implement automation workflows to streamline processes and enhance user experience.
• Develop API integrations between Zoho Backstage and third-party platforms.
• Enhance UI and functionality with custom scripts and optimizations.
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor platform performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system reliability.
• Stay updated with Zoho’s latest features and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with Zoho Backstage and the Zoho ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of automation workflows and business process optimization.
• Proficiency in Deluge scripting and API development.
• Experience integrating Zoho Backstage with CRM, payment gateways, and marketing tools.
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, and other Zoho tools is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
