Job Type: Full-time, Permanent


Working Hours: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM (Uganda time), 6 days a week (Sunday off)


Job Overview:


Pro Job Hunter Ltd. is seeking a proactive and skilled Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for Pro Job Hunter, attracting top talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.


Key Responsibilities:


  •  Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  •  Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. 
  •  Screen applications to identify potential candidates.
  •  Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
  •  Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant team members.
  •  Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
  •  Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  •  Promote Pro Job Hunter Ltd. as an employer and company of choice through various recruitment marketing initiatives.
  •  Maintain a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding. 
  •  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  •  Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
  •  Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, employment laws, and industry regulations.

  

Qualifications & Skills:


  •  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  •  Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a remote setting.


  •  Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  •  Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  •  Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Additional Qualifications:

  •  Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
  •  Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  •  Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
