Who are you?
You’re someone who can build and maintain n8n workflows, and integrating internal and external APIs, to enable us to scale and deliver highly effective services to our clients and users - their employees. All in the name of never having to do the same (repetitive) task twice!
You’re a business-savvy Low-Code Engineer specialising in, and passionate about, Automation and AI; bonus points if you’ve got love for financial wellbeing too – you’ll be super aligned with our mission!

What do we need for this role?
- n8n expertise - You must be highly proficient with n8n. That’s the actual job, so we really need this.
- Prompt Engineering - capable of building complex prompts and prompt chains.
- AI Agents - Proven ability to build AI Agents in n8n with multiple tools and sub-agents, capable of executing complex, autonomous tasks
- API Integration - Comfortable integrating all kinds of APIs into systems and workflows – we work with over 50 SaaS companies so we have a fair few APIs already
- Database & RAG Proficiency - Understanding of databases, including vector databases, SQL, NoSQL.
- Deployment & Hosting - Skilled in managing self-hosted tools (e.g., n8n) and configuring (AWS) environments for scalability and reliability.
- Documentation - Capable of creating thorough documentation and delivering video tutorials for workflows and systems – you can work with our Trainer to get some of this done too
Nice-To-Haves (not essential – just a bonus):
- Coding experience
- Salesforce admin / flows
