Requirements For The Candidate
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an Advertiser Manager, at least 2 years in a leadership position
- Experience with CPM, CPC and flat deals is mandatory
- Driven, enthusiastic team player and driven to achieve results
- Strong communication skills in an international environment
- English C1
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and establish long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships
- Daily and monthly monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the success and identify areas for improvement
- Working closely with TOP management project
- Be a leader for the team of advertisers: hire, onboard, train, and oversee reporting
- Collaborate with the publishers' team and work in synergy to achieve the project's common goals
- Attend industry conferences and industry events (when required)
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
