We are looking for a Senior Business & Data Analyst to collaborate closely with leadership, driving business strategy and product development.

Responsibilities

• Analyze: Dive into business, traffic, and behavioral data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Strategize: Work with leadership to develop and implement data-driven strategies that optimize key metrics such as signup rates and subscriber retention.
• Develop: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success across growth initiatives and product development.
• Monitor: Set up and maintain monitoring systems to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and compliance with privacy standards.
• Communicate: Present data insights, recommendations, and best practices to internal teams in a clear and effective manner.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 5 years in a similar role.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to extract meaningful insights from large-scale, anonymized datasets.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in data analysis tools such as SQL, R, or Python; visualization tools like Looker Studio or Grafana; and platforms including BigQuery, ClickHouse, or Snowflake.
• Predictive Analytics: Hands-on experience with statistical modeling and advanced analytics techniques.
• Growth-Oriented: A passion for user acquisition, engagement, and retention, with a proactive mindset for identifying growth opportunities.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication (English), with the ability to simplify complex data.
• Startup Mindset: A self-starter with a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to take initiative.

Bonus Points

• Experience in entrepreneurship or web development.
• Familiarity with subscription-based business models and digital content monetization.
• Background in online publishing or media.
