Mission

• Develop an AI-powered platform that uses an innovative, data-driven cultural alignment process to identify candidates who fit with company culture and team dynamics.

Location

• The founding team is based in London, and this AI Developer role is fully remote and a part-time position.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the founding team to define and execute the AI strategy.
• Apply state-of-the-art AI techniques to solve real-world hiring challenges.
• Design, build, and refine datasets to optimize model performance.
• Ship impactful features across the stack.
• Influence product direction through strategy and ideation sessions.

Skills & Experience

• Full-stack engineering expertise with hands-on Machine Learning experience.
• Proven ability to build and refine datasets for AI model training and evaluation.
• A problem-solving mindset, with a deep curiosity about understanding hiring dynamics.
• Self-motivated and thrive in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
