Job Title: Data Analyst
Job Location: Brazil 100% remote
Position is 100% remote, candidates should be located in Brazil (not North America or other offshore areas).
Job duration: 2 Months
Position is very short-term, only about 2 months.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Required Experience:
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within HR, finance, or agile product team environments.
o Proven track record of successfully analyzing and interpreting complex data sets.
o Experience in developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and insights from complex data sets.
o Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
o Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
o Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.
o Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Technical Proficiency:
o Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.
o Proficiency in using data integration and ETL tools.
o Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or similar.
• Language Skills:
o Proficiency in speaking and writing in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams.
• Preferred Qualifications:
o Certification in Data Analysis (e.g., CAP, DASCA) or related fields.
o Experience with HR, financial, and agile product team data.
o Familiarity with advanced data analysis techniques and machine learning.
