Shift: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM - 06:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Your Role & Responsibilities:

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for managing complex technical issues that affect our enterprise clients. Youll ensure a smooth and effective resolution process and become a trusted advisor to clients by troubleshooting, problem-solving, and proactively preventing escalations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of technical cases and escalations, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution.
  • Provide expert-level support to enterprise customers, partners, and internal engineering teams, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in problem identification, investigation, and resolution via phone and web-based channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and management, to escalate and resolve more complex technical challenges.
  • Research and diagnose technical issues, utilizing your expertise in Active Directory, Office 365, DNS, and networking protocols.
  • Maintain documentation of technical issues, research findings, and solutions, ensuring all actions comply with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide proactive solutions to customer concerns, ensuring expectations are managed and service standards are exceeded.


What You Will Specialize In:

  • Office 365, especially Exchange Online and Directory Synchronization tools (DirSync, AD Connect)
  • Networking fundamentals (Protocols, DNS management, troubleshooting, PowerShell)
  • Active Directory (FSMO roles, Domain Trusts, Sites & Services)

Technical Skills Required:

  • Strong experience with Office 365, particularly Exchange Online in an enterprise environment.
  • Solid understanding of networking, protocols, authentication (Kerberos, NTLM), and PowerShell.
  • Expertise in Active Directory, including FSMO roles, Domains & Trusts, Sites & Services.
  • Experience working with DNS (record creation, management, troubleshooting).
  • Ability to analyze network captures.
  • Familiarity with Office 365 Directory Synchronization tools (DirSync, AD Connect).


Soft Skills & Qualities:

  • Fluency in Italian and English Growth mindset with a passion for solving complex technical challenges.
  • Strong communication skills, both technical and customer-facing.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of the customer experience is handled with care.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to collaborate in high-pressure environments and manage multiple cases simultaneously.

  • Competitive salary starting at 1,300.84/month (gross), including room allowance, base salary, Christmas & holiday bonuses, and meal allowance.
