We are looking for a Head of Platform Engineering to lead our engineering team in building robust and scalable infrastructure. This role requires a strong Software Engineering background, Python expertise, and experience in JavaScript is a plus. The ideal candidate will have experience leading technical teams and designing high-performance systems.
Responsibilities:
Lead the Platform Engineering team to build scalable infrastructure.
Define best practices and ensure high-quality software delivery.
Architect and develop backend systems using Python.
Collaborate with development teams to optimize system performance.
Establish CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
Mentor and coach junior engineers.
Requirements:
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
1+ years of solid experience in Python for backend development.
Software Engineering background is mandatory.
Experience with JavaScript (good to have, but not required).
Proven leadership in managing engineering teams.
